Iced Latte Protein Shaker Bottle Recipe – Low Carb – Dairy Free

Sometimes an iced latte will just hit the spot, but you don’t want empty calories.  Give in to your craving with this cool and invigorating iced latte protein shake.  Here is a recipe for an iced latte in a shaker bottle that won’t leave you feeing guilty.

Ingredients:

1 Cup Unsweetened Cold Brew Coffee (Buy Pre-made or Make Your Own)

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 Scoop Protein Powder (Whey: Vanilla / Chocolate or Dairy Free: VanillaChocolate)

Sweetener to Taste

Directions:

Add Ingredients to your shaker bottle in the order they are listed.  Shake until smooth. Add ice as desired and enjoy.

Recipe Notes:

If you’re not eating dairy, make sure you used a dairy-free protein powder. Try vanilla flavored protein powder for an iced vanilla latte or chocolate for an iced mocha. If you’re using a pre-made Cold Brew Concentrate, make sure you dilute the concentrate before adding to your shaker bottle. You can sweeten your shake to your taste.  A good low carb option is Liquid Stevia. Vanilla or chocolate flavored stevia would be good in this shake.
